You can access the Complaint form here, either in English or Spanish.

Welcome to the City of Escondido's Code Compliance Online Complaint Form. This online form was created to provide the citizens of Escondido an additional option to file a complaint with the City. If you prefer, you may stop by the Code Enforcement Counter at City Hall to file a complaint in person during the business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Important Information

Staff monitors the online complaint form and the complaint line during business hours. Your complaint will be processed or referred to the necessary department in the order it was received; however, complaints involving public safety or environmental hazards will be expedited.
