Welcome to the Office of the City Clerk. We are committed to quality customer service, easy access to public records, and providing the link between the public, Council and the City organization.

Our office is your resource for City Council agendas, staff reports and minutes. We maintain the legislative history of City Council actions; provide safe keeping and storage of the City's official records and archives; respond to public records requests; and provide retrieval and legislative research for City departments and the public.

We also provide centralized processing of all public hearing and bid notices; maintain campaign and economic interest statement filings; oversee local elections; facilitate the recruitment and appointments to boards and commissions; provide front counter support services for the City Manager's office; and administer the City's Records Management Program and imaging system.
