Project Location and Description

This facility will be a medium-sized fire station located at 1220 North Ash Street on a 1.0 acre parcel. This one story structure will be approximately 8,950 square feet with about 4,448 square feet of apparatus floor and associated areas, 2,392 square feet of living quarter areas, 455 square feet of office area, and 160 square feet of public area. It will accommodate 1 paramedic fire engine, 1 wildland brush engine and 1 ambulance.

Project Budget

The total Prop P budget is $6.5 million, which includes land acquisition, design, construction, parking and furnishings.
