The City’s goal is to provide the highest quality library services and programs for all residents. With a contract now in place with Library Systems & Services for the management of the library, we expect to maintain the same level of excellent service with new upgrades. City staff will be working closely with Library Systems & Services during this transition period to achieve the goals outlined in the agreement.

    • Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    • Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Patricia Crosby

 A curiosity seeker in a variety of ways, Patricia Crosby is life-long traveler, a voracious reader, and access-for-all advocate. She strives for excellent customer service, community engagement, and "getting to yes” with extensive experience partnering with local governments, community organizations, and private businesses.

Patricia’s background includes over 20 years of public library service with varied and innovative experience from the private sector and volunteer activities.  She worked as an independent archivist at the corporate level with Ford Motor Company; and served as a volunteer with the following organizations: Toledo Humane Society; Frogtown Low Vision Support Group (OH); Anderson, SC Meals on Wheels; and several veteran and senior organizations. She began her library career as an adult services librarian and progressed through several management positions at the Toledo Lucas County Public Library in Ohio. Her most recent position was Assistant Director at the Pickens County Library System in South Carolina.
