Please be aware that Monday, May 19 is the last day to register to vote in the California Primary Election to be held June 3, 2014.

Voter registration cards are available at the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 201 N. Broadway between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  On May 19, the City Clerk’s staff will remain on duty until midnight accepting voter registration cards in the City Council Chambers lobby at City Hall. You also may register at the San Diego County Registrar of Voters at 5600 Overland Avenue in San Diego or online at

If you have moved, changed your name (due to marriage or court order), or wish to change your party affiliation since the last election, you must re-register no later than midnight, Monday, May 19.
