THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE PLANNING AHEAD AND GIVING US AT LEAST TWO DAYS NOTICE FROM WHEN SERVICE IS NEEDED OR SERVICE IS BEING STOPPED.
To start or stop service, visit our office at City Hall, call 760-839-4682, or fill in our online form (see links below). We require your name, identification (driver's license number and social security number; we will ask you for both when we call you back). Please notify our office at least two working days prior to date service is needed or you would like service stopped. When stopping service, please have a forwarding address available. A final bill will be mailed and MUST be paid by due date on bill in order to avoid collections.
Please note that City Hall business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
