Neighborhood Services is responsible for administration of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) public service programs and projects.

The division also manages capital projects related to neighborhood improvements and acts as the primary liaison between the City, neighborhood organizations, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

    Save The Date
    The next Neighborhood Leadership Training will be offered at the end of summer/early fall. Classes will be offered once a week on Monday nights for eight weeks.
    In this free eight week training you will learn tools to help you become a leader in your community.
