Construction of two new potable water reservoirs


Project Description:

The Lindley Reservoir Replacement Project will replace the existing 2.0 million-gallon aboveground steel potable water reservoir that was originally constructed in the early 1950’s. The project area is located southwest of the intersection of Hubbard Avenue and Ash Street (south of the existing Leslie Lane Recycled Water Reservoir and adjacent to the existing Lindley Reservoir). This project will construct two new partially buried 1.5-million-gallon prestressed concrete reservoirs, new valve vault structure, associated site piping, earthwork, landscaping, electrical instrumentation, and approximately 1,400 linear feet of 18-inch welded steel pipeline.


Estimated Construction Schedule:

24 months; Completion for construction is anticipated for Fall 2022.
