The Escondido Public Library, in partnership with the San Diego Financial Literacy Center, will offer Real Estate: Rent or Buy/First Time Buyers, on November 17, 2015, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the Turrentine Room. This free workshop is designed to help adults gain a more complete understanding of the real estate market—when it is advantageous to rent, or when buying is the best option.
First time home buyers will benefit from financial tips that will make the home-buying experience more understandable. Experts from the San Diego Financial Literacy Center, sdflc.org, will lead the workshop. The San Diego Financial Literacy Center’s mission is to educate and empower individuals and families to make sound financial decisions as they develop positive personal finance habits for life.
All Library programs are free and open to the public. Escondido Public Library is located at 239 South Kalmia Street in downtown Escondido. For more information about this workshop and the Be Money Smart @ Escondido Public Library series, call 760-839-4839 or contact Adult Services Librarian Neva Robinson at email@example.com.
