As part of the City's commitment to re-imagining the Escondido Creek Trail as a recreational and environmental asset to support a healthy community and a healthy creek, we are applying for an $8.5 million Proposition 68 funding grant. Increasing access and park space, especially to underserved communities, is a major focus of this effort.
