Free compost workshops are held at the Escondido Community Garden.

The workshops include demonstration and instruction in building and maintaining a backyard compost pile and worm bin.

The workshops are hosted by the Community Garden, in conjunction with the City of Escondido. No reservations required. The workshop will go on rain or shine!

All workshops are held on Saturdays, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., at the Escondido Community Garden, located on Centre City Parkway just north of Highway 78. Access the garden via Morning View Dr or Lincoln Ave.  Park on the road or just inside the garden in the dirt lot on your left as you pull in.
