City staff are preparing a fiscal year 2019-2020 action plan for the Department of Housing and Urban Development that will determine how Community Development Block Grants and Emergency Solution Grants will be spent in Escondido. A public community meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the Mitchell Room at City Hall to share information and collect public comments on local needs. No registration is required.
