This month the City of Escondido introduced a new E-newsletter focused on our local business community.
Improving Escondido’s economy and creating jobs are two major goals of the current Council Action Plan. We are proud to be the home of thousands of businesses, both large and small, in a variety of diverse industries. The new E-newsletter is one of many strategies outlined in the Council Action Plan to support the Escondido business community and help it thrive. Each month will feature timely articles about recently opened Escondido businesses, valuable low and no-cost business resources, news about the local economy, City services for businesses and more.
The June issue highlights our façade grant program (up to $25,000 is available to businesses for exterior property improvements), new commercial recycling requirements that go into effect next month and the Escondido Public Library’s Business Center. Whether you run a small start-up or have been an established business in Escondido for many years, I know you will benefit from this new resource.
Sign up today at http://www.escondido.org/business.aspx We are always interested in your feedback and suggestions on content for the E-newsletter. Contact Michelle Geller at (760) 839-4587 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you have ideas for future articles.
