Happy Thanksgiving, Escondido!

Happy Thanksgiving from the City of Escondido! We are thankful for our community all year long.

City offices will be closed November 25 and 26 in observance of the holiday, with emergency services always available. The Weekly Activity Report will resume on December 2.

Happy Veterans Day, Escondido

Thank you to all of our veterans both near and far.

We are forever thankful for your sacrifice and service. City facilities will be closed on November 11 in observance of Veterans Day. Normal business hours will resume on Friday, November 12.

Reminder : the Escondido VetFest and parade are taking place on Saturday, November 13 along Grand Avenue in Downtown Escondido. Learn more here .

Happy Halloween Escondido!

Wishing all of Escondido's residents a happy and safe Halloween weekend. Please remember to celebrate safely with your family. The County has provided guidance here .

The Escondido Police Department will be hosting a Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, October 30 from 6 - 9 p.m. in the Woodward Avenue Parking Lot (380 N. Escondido Blvd.). There will be music, treats, vehicle displays and more!
