The Escondido Workforce Roundtable is a collaborative group made up of local employers, government officials and regional workforce-related organizations. Its purpose is to provide leadership in linking education and training with employers so our local workforce can fulfill the labor needs of today’s businesses. Growing Escondido's local workforce will guarantee that the City will continue to be a strong competitor for business investment and job growth in the future.
