At the end of each calendar year the City Clerk posts a list of the vacancies that will occur during the upcoming year. However, we encourage you to submit your application at any time during the year since unforeseen vacancies do occur and we rely on our applicant pool for new member appointments under these circumstances.

Annual vacancies due to the expiration of terms of office can be viewed online. Unscheduled vacancies due to resignations or other circumstances can also be viewed online.
