The Southern California Neighborhood Partners (SCNP) is a group of Southern California communities and neighborhood groups who are affiliate members of Neighborhoods USA. Neighborhoods USA's nationwide affiliate network is a dynamic and geographically diverse force of dedicated neighborhood leaders and practitioners located in urban and rural areas across the country. SCNP is a regional affiliate that meets quarterly to discuss topics and exchange ideas affecting their communities and the nation. As an affiliate, the group represents a regional block of communities under the general membership of NUSA.

The purpose of SCNP is to help direct NUSA on a variety of issues including lobbying, training and conferences. Because NUSA membership is spread throughout the nation, the local affiliates provide a venue for their members to network and keep up to date on topics of mutual concern.

Quarterly SCNP meetings serve as a chance for the participating groups to meet and discuss cutting edge neighborhood strategies. The Southern California Neighborhood Partners is comprised of the following member cities: Anaheim, Compton, Glendale, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Pasadena, Riverside, Chino Hills, Monrovia and Escondido.
