If you see any of the following entering a storm drain, please call 760-839-4668 and press menu 2 during regular business hours (Monday–Thursday, 6:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.), or fill out the online reporting form. A representative will investigate as soon as possible.

• Oil or other automobile fluids
• Lawn waste
• Pet waste
• Household chemicals
• Building or home improvement materials, such as paint, grout, wet concrete, tile water, etc.
• Swimming pool filter backwash
• Water resulting from the power washing of driveways and sidewalks

Anonymous complaints received via the online reporting form and complaints received with unverifiable information will not be investigated. The storm water staff will investigate the submitted report within 24 hours of the following business day.
