Our dream is to give all youth the opportunity to participate in Escondido Recreation programs. The Share a Dream Scholarship Program is making that dream a reality. Escondido youth from low and moderate-income families can enroll in enrichment classes, the On Track Program, camps, and youth sports, including activities at the Escondido Sports Center, with reduced fees if their family is eligible for the Share a Dream Program.

If you are interested in applying for a scholarship to participate in the On Track After School Program at Miller, North Broadway, or Reidy Creek School sites, please download the On Track Scholarship Application (English / Spanish)* packet. To apply for a Camp scholarship, download the Camp Application (English / Spanish)* packet. If you are interested in any other program, class, or activity offered through Escondido Recreation, please download the Classes/Activities Scholarship Application (English / Spanish)* packet.

Completed applications and photocopies of financial records for proof of income should be submitted at least one week in advance of the start date/registration deadline for a specific class/activity to allow time for processing and to ensure space availability.
