If you are unable to attend a class/activity after you have registered, you may request a refund or credit voucher by contacting registration staff at City Hall or EVCC. Credit vouchers will be issued for 100% of class/activity fees minus any classes attended. Refund requests will be assessed a 25% service charge, and any classes attended will be deducted from the original fees paid.

School Break Camps have a different refund policy. Refunds, minus a 25% handling fee, or a 100% credit voucher will be given only if cancellation is made by 5:00 p.m. on the registration deadline day, one week prior to the first day of camp.

If you will be dropping out of a class/activity, please let us know as soon as possible—many of our popular programs have waiting lists. All requests for refunds or credit vouchers for dropped classes must be made prior to the last class meeting.

For a one-time workshop, requests for refunds or credit vouchers must be made two business days before the workshop is held.
