POLICE REPORTS

The Escondido Police Department Records Division provides copies of accident, crime, and incident reports in the Business Office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. An Application for Release of Traffic/Crime Report Information form (ESPD 122 )* must be completed, and valid identification is required (driver’s license, passport, etc.). The fee is $15.00 per report and requires 4 to 10 business days to process. All reports are subject to release in accordance with the California Public Records Act.
