Passport applications are accepted between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. You may leave a message by calling 760-839-6206 and leaving a phone number that you can be reached at during regular business hours.
The City of Escondido was one of the first cities in Southern California to be authorized by the U.S. State Department to process passport applications.
Passport applications are accepted only at the Passport Desk located on the 2nd floor adjacent to the Human Resources Department located in Escondido City Hall, 201 North Broadway.
