Passport applications are accepted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
The City of Escondido was one of the first cities in Southern California to be authorized by the U.S. State Department to process passport applications.
Passport applications are accepted only at the Passport Desk on the 2nd floor adjacent to the Human Resources Department located in Escondido City Hall, 201 North Broadway.
