Escondido Promenade is an outdoor shopping center with 417,000 square feet located west of Interstate 15 in Escondido, California.
Major retailers are Cost Plus World Market, Party City, Pier 1 Imports, T.J. Maxx, Target, Tilly's, Toys 'R' Us, Ross, and Dick's Sporting Goods. The center also offers various specialty stores, restaurants, and services.

Escondido Gateway, a $20 million project, was completed in Spring 2002. The center has 86,500 square feet of retail space and 28,500 square feet of Class A office space.
Barnes & Noble, Michael's Arts & Crafts, Calumet (formerly North County Camera), and Cocina Del Charro Mexican Restaurant anchor the center. The anchor office tenants include the San Diego Union-Tribune North County office and Rancho Santa Fe National Bank.
A unique feature of the Center is a wonderful piece of public art called "Community" by Jeff Lindeneau. The art was relocated from a roadway median to the corner of the Center at Tulip Street and West Valley Parkway. The developer provided a nicely landscaped viewing area around the art.
