You can obtain a copy of the job application forms by any of the three methods listed below. Completed forms must be hand delivered or mailed to Human Resources, 201 North Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025. Completed forms cannot be faxed or e-mailed.

- Pick up a copy at the Human Resources counter located on the second floor of City Hall, 201 North Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025. City Hall is open Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Note: City Hall is closed every Friday.
