Currently, we are only accepting paper applications for Internship and Volunteer positions. These applications can be submitted directly to the department to which you are applying or to the Human Resources Department.

You can obtain a copy of the volunteer and internship forms by any of the three methods listed below. Completed forms cannot be faxed or e-mailed.

Volunteer/Internship Positions

1. Download forms online that can be filled in, saved, and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
2. Request a copy be mailed to you from Human Resources. Please be sure to include your complete mailing address.
3. Pick up a copy at the Human Resources counter located on the second floor of City Hall, 201 North Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025. City Hall is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
