District of Southern California for calendar year 2008

ZONE (BEZ) PROJECT CONSISTING OF MODIFICATION TO MASTER AND PRECISE DEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR LA TERRAZA SPRINGHILL SUITES BY MARRIOTT HOTEL (CASE 2007-18-PD) A modification to the Master and Precise Development
Plan for the La Terraza hotel development (2005-20-PD) to increase the number
of rooms from 100 to 105, increase the building height from 49'-6" to 58
feet, and change the building design to accommodate the Springhill Suites floor
plan. The proposal also includes modifications to the previous BEZ incentives
that would increase the parking reduction from 15 spaces to 25 spaces and grant
financial incentives including potential fee freezes and TOT reimbursement
