WORKSHOP: 2007-2008 CITY COUNCIL ACTION PLAN (PART I) Preparation for Development of 2007-2008 Council Action Plan, including City Council discussion on Council/staff roles, policies and procedures for conducting Council business, means for accomplishing Council policy objectives, and the format for the new Council Action Plan.

Limited discussion by way of example may occur of items which will be discussed in more detail under Part II.
