7.                  FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES Request Council authorize the Director of Public Works and City Clerk to execute a First Amendment to the Consultant Agreement with Keagy Real Estate, in the amount of $21,500, for appraisal services

            RESOLUTION NO. 2006-218

8.                  SALE OF CITY PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2017 FELICITA ROAD Request Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to (1) Execute an Agreement with Lifelong Friends, Incorporated, in the amount of $570,000 for the sale of City-owned property addressed as 2017 Felicita Road;and (2) Execute a short-term lease prior to close of escrow, not to exceed 90 days, for the monthly payment of $2,100

9.                  BUDGET ADJUSTMENT AND BID AWARD FOR THE 24-INCH WATERMAIN AT ASH STREET Request Council (1) Authorize a Budget Adjustment to transfer $184,000 from the Unallocated Water Fund Reserve into the Project Account; and (2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Agreement with Southland Paving, Incorporated, in the amount of $445,257, for construction of the 24-inch watermain at Ash Street

            RESOLUTION NO. 2006-222

10.              BID AWARD AND BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR THE MEDIAN LANDSCAPING PROJECT AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS:  3RD   AVENUE, 11TH AVENUE AND EL NORTE PARKWAY Request Council (1) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with Palm Engineering Construction Company, Incorporated of San Diego in the amount of $234,500 for the Median Landscaping Project at Various Locations; and (2) Authorize a Budget Adjustment in the amount of $115,000 from the Traffic Impact Available Fund Balance to fully fund the project

            RESOLUTION NO. 2006-219

11.              FINAL MAP FOR TRACT 908, LOCATED AT 340 WEST 15TH AVENUE Request Council authorize the Deputy Director of Public Works to file a Final Map for Tract 908, a one-lot 20-unit residential condominium conversion subdivision located at 340 West 15th Avenue, subject to the conditions set by the Planning Commission on March 22, 2005 as Resolution No. 5607

12.              NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR CENTRE CITY PARKWAY AND DECATUR WAY PARKING LOT EXPANSION PROJECT (A-2787) Request Council authorize staff to file a Notice of Completion for the Centre City Parkway and Decatur Way Parking Lot Expanison Project
