IncentivesThe cities within the zone will make every effort to expedite permit processing and development fees. Some cities within the zone have a commitment to buy recycled products that has been adopted by resolution. There are four interstate highways: Interstate 5 runs north and south, and provides access to Los Angeles; Interstate 15 traverses through the northern part of San Diego and continues to the northeast; State Highways 76 and 78 run east and west and connect Interstate 5 to Interstate 15. San Diego County has four municipal airports and the San Diego International Airport at Lindberg Field.
