Notice of Availability:
For the Escondido Country Club – the Villages Project proposal, an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared to identify the existing activities and uses at the project site and evaluate how future conditions might change if the proposed project is built. The City of Escondido announces the availability of this report to agencies, organizations, and members of the public to review the document.
The public comment period begins with the publication of the Notice of Availability, issued on June 28, 2017, and as extended as set forth by a Notice of Extended Public Comment Period, with a public review and comment period ending on August 18, 2017.
