The East Valley Association is a non-profit organization founded in 1996. Their mission is to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the revitalization of the physical character and economic health of East Valley Parkway businesses and the community. The Association has grown to over 200 members and represents businesses, property owners, and residents.

The East Valley Association holds meetings the second Wednesday of every other month (odd numbered months) from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., in the Escondido Education COMPACT conference room at 2247 East Valley Parkway.
