The City of Escondido's SSMP Development Plan and Schedule follows the required participation in the Statewide General Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) Order No. 2006-0003-DWQ for Wastewater Collection Agencies sequentially in which each section of the Plan follows the WDR requirements. A copy of the City's plan is available online.
