If you are reporting graffiti on YOUR property, you will need to fill out the Graffiti Eradication Release Authorization Form (ENGLISH* / SPANISH*). This form can be faxed to (760) 739-7040 or mailed to the City of Escondido, 475 North Spruce Street, Escondido, CA 92025, Attention: Graffiti.
