Neighborhood Services is responsible for administration of CDBG Public Service and General Fund Human Service Grant programs and projects.
The division also manages capital projects related to neighborhood improvements and acts as the primary liaison between the City, neighborhood organizations, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
