The Recycling & Waste Reduction Division operates the Recycling Hotline, promotes recycling through presentations in area schools, offers workshops on vermiculture, maintains the Household Hazardous Waste program, contracts to trash collection services with Escondido Disposal, Inc., and promotes the Citywide Cleanup Events.
