The Building Maintenance Division provides preventative maintenance, repairs, and custodial services for City-owned buildings and facilities. The City owns and maintains over 100 buildings from the City Hall complex to the Police Station, Fire Stations, Main Library, East Valley Community Center, Joslyn Center, Public Works Yard, and many other public facilities.

The Division's professional staff uses their expertise to keep these facilities in the best possible condition through the following support services: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, General Repair, and Custodial Services. Some examples of their work can be seen in the renovation of the Train Depot and the Hoffman House, both located in Grape Day Park, and the downtown street benches.
