Exceptions where driveway extension would not be allowed:

• Properties that back out on to a Prime Arterial, Major Road or Collector street
• Any area that would fill in or cover a stream course or other waterway system
• Next to an area that has not been previously approved

NOTE: Any driveway extension installed in the Old Escondido Neighborhood area will require a Certificate of Appropriateness* prior the extension being installed.
