If you would like a copy of a specific record maintained by the City of Escondido, please download and fill out the form entitled City of Escondido Request for Copies of Public Records* and send the request to the City Clerk's office. Please be sure to identify your request as specifically as possible.
The City will require payment in advance of all fees covering the direct costs of duplication and postage. The amount of this fee is based on a per page cost, pursuant to City Council resolution.
