City of Escondido FY 2011-2012 One-Year Action Plan
For Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds
On April 6, 2011, City Council approved the FY 2011-2012 One-Year Action Plan for use of CDBG and HOME funds. The Action Plan is an element of the City of Escondido’s Five-Year Consolidated Plan required by the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and designed to be a collaborative process whereby a community establishes a unified vision for community development actions.
The City of Escondido must provide a period of not less than 30 days, prior to the submission of the Action Plan to HUD, to receive comments from citizens.
The public feedback period for this Action Plan is April 7 to May 7, 2011.
