Mission Statement

The purpose of the Cedar-Cedarbrook Neighborhood organization is to provide regular communication among Cedar-Cedarbrook residents and with the City of Escondido Neighborhood Services staff and other City personnel, to promote neighborhood safety, harmony, and enjoyment.
